The evil monster truck is on the prowl.  Director Michael Davis was intent on capturing a bold color palette reminiscent of films produced by Jerry Bruckheimer.  To execute this look, Irving used a combination of Tiffen Sepia filters and an extra 85C filter to over-correct the daylight-balanced film and saturate the frame with a hellish warmth.  Tobacco grads, ND grads, and a trusty polarizer all helped to “pop” the dramatic skies overhead.

The monster truck terrorizes Adam (Eric Jungmann), Sarah (Aimee Brooks), and Harley (Justin Urich).  As the film progresses, the saturated orange coloring of the exteriors gives way to more desaturated “cooler” tones.  Director Michael Davis favors long-lens photography, so Irving found himself frequently pulling out a Canon 600mm lens to capture everything from high-octane action to intimate dialogue.
